It's trough after trough with this pattern. The heat doesn't have a chance as long a winter like jet stream pattern is in place during the summer. I see no 90s even for us for the next 7-10 days. We avg I believe 8 days in the 90s for July. We currently have had 1. Only 3 on the season to boot.
