Daniel Penny found NOT GUILTY!

Finally a judge and jury did the RIGHT thing by having a sound conscience in NYC and yesterday declared Daniel Penny INNOCENT in his saving of others lives on a subway car by having held a mentally deranged individual Jordan Neely in a chokehold.

Thank you very much for your heroism Mr. Penny from that day and also for your having served our country in the U.S. Marines!

Politically racist jerks like Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, and BlackLivesMarxists e.g. need to be punished and imprisoned!

Since Neely’s family is suing Daniel Penny for wrongful death, Penny’s lawyers should turnaround and immediately sue Neely’s family for Penny’s legal fees for his defense counsel for the case that was dropped and the one he was just found not guilty of. If he’s not able to sue them, then he should sue Alvin Bragg. Somebody other than Daniel Penny should pay for his legal fees up till now.

Occupational hazard in my book, when you’re a thug and you come across the right person that knows how to react, you pay the consequences. WTH does it matter if he’s mentally ill when in the moment innocent people’s lives are threatened.

Exactly and I totally agree bro! But on the flip side he would not have behaved in such a threatening manner if he wasn't psychotic and if his family hadn't failed him by having had that guy on the subway to begin with knowing his mental health history and so now they want to play the liberalism disease race card game, trying to make it into a "hate" crime, and they want to file an absurd wrongful death suit against Penny!

I saw on Fox News on Fri evening that Mr. Penny will be a guest of VP-Elect J.D. Vance at the 125th Army-Navy football game on Sat afternoon Dec 14th.
