Absolute Vorticity

Looks like a couple storms have popped out in southwestern Indiana right on the nose of some higher dewpoints and SBCAPE.

79 now as of 2pm.

Up to 80 in my hood

Good Afternoon and a nice day though a tad breezy but near 80 feels great. Rain chances over the next several days but it won't be a wash out by any means though later Saturday may be a longer duration. Early next week some cooler air but I don't believe we get below 40. No widespread severe weather though I can see some stronger storms over the next few days. Usually when I try and put grass seed down is when I get hit with a thunderstorm that wipes it out. Probably Saturday morning I will try and see how that goes. Les enjoy your trip and probably will not be back on here until the weekend as I have a small procedure in the Doctor's office on Thursday and may be out of it for a day or two.

Currently 79 here in my Greenville. Progged for around 58 on Thurs morning.

Got to 81 at DAY.

85 was the record from 2001 today. 81 officially at CVG sot he record stands. Normal high is 62.

A mild morning... 65 here. We may see an isolated strong to severe storm this afternoon and evening. SPC has us in a marginal risk.

Low was 64 here, currently 66/52.

A small band of showers is weakening as it moves in. We are waiting to see how much peak heating we can get for this afternoon and evening.

Keep it S of Lake Erie by Sat please. We'll get some unwanted love there too probably sometime Sat afternoon into Sunday. Next week after about Tues or so is looking okay attm up there. Fingers crossed!

CVG is reporting light rain but not a drop has fell here.

This spring has been awesome! Yes, the cold last week was a challenge but wow, things are looking amazing as you drive around! My high yesterday was 81.
