Hey Mike,

Looks like both of us scored high as I picked up a tad over 3" at 3.02" with Ma Nature's fireworks! :)

Starting to get some CU development. Temp of 87 as of last check. May have touched 88 briefly during an intra hour reading. We'll see what happens! 12Z GFS shows a faster frontal passage for tomorrow so not much rain. Better chances Sat night thru Monday of next week.

89'ed as of 3pm...

The 12Z Euro has only 0.04" tomorrow at CVG and has a good soaking Sat afternoon and night. Dry thereafter for a while on this run.

These stationary isolated pop ups will put down 1 to 2.5” of rain before they rain themselves out

I'll wait until later for verification but we should have our 1st 90 for July as of 4:30pm at CVG.

I am in one of the stationary pop ups. It’s beginning to slow down but I’ve never seen it rain so hard in years. I’m sure we got 2-3inches in about 20 minutes.

Good morning all! I received an isolated storm a few mins ago. I got 0.22" and CVG picked up 0.17" Look for scattered strong storms with heavy rain this afternoon. Some won't see anything, some will see 1-2" of rain. Friday is dry but now this weekend offers up likely chances for both days.

EDITED to correct rainfall amounts.

Been hot & humid here also recently with plenty of rainfall . starting to wonder if my call for a warmer July is going to pan out. long range really isnt showing a lot of heat, this month may be a bust for me on the contest.

It's trough after trough with this pattern. The heat doesn't have a chance as long a winter like jet stream pattern is in place during the summer. I see no 90s even for us for the next 7-10 days. We avg I believe 8 days in the 90s for July. We currently have had 1. :) Only 3 on the season to boot.

Firmly in D1 here and probably closer to D2. Would expect a bump up imby and eastward next week if things keep going the same way

Dews are in the low to mid 70s so it's very nasty out there! Temps are now into the 80s so we'll see what can develop ahead of the front between now and this evening.

86 / 72 as of 4pm at CVG with a W wind at 13 mph. Best coverage of storms will be eastern counties with this one where the deeper moisture and higher PWATS are.

Which model has been correct on placing this rain lately? I'm getting a little tired of getting soaking wet under one of these pop ups. Not sure what' in the gauge from today but it poured a couple of times.
