Re: Rocktober 2021 Weather Discussion
0.43" so far CVG event total and about a 1/2" here. Look for scattered activity today with the steadier rains coming back from the north later on this afternoon and overnight. We should get another 1/2" out of the deal. Scattered action tomorrow with a nice Halloween still expected.
Re: Rocktober 2021 Weather Discussion
Well Kevin Robinson is on Twitter hinting about snow next weekend.

Wow! You've been a rainfall magnet as of late. Hope it can continue once we're cold enough for that white gold.

Yes that would be nice. But it is a little to wet to go out and do any leaf work today. That's ok. I got plenty of paperwork to catch up on.

Re: Rocktober 2021 Weather Discussion
Seeing some light shower activity here on occasion... Per radar, it looks like the rain is moving back in from the NE and this is happening earlier then I was expecting. Some folks will have a wet afternoon ahead.

Currently at 0.62" IMBY for this event. Hoping the steady rain is gone in time for the Flying Pig events tomorrow morning.

Re: Rocktober 2021 Weather Discussion
Glad to see you posting again! Hope your brother comes back too! I would plan on a few lingering showers esp in the morning. Even if the radar is clear, it wouldn't surprise me to see some drizzle or mist still occurring. It'll be cloudy all day as well in my opinion, but that is good running weather I would assume.westharrisonwx wrote: ↑Fri Oct 29, 2021 2:35 pm Currently at 0.62" IMBY for this event. I've been meaning to check back in sooner. I told him to get on and get an entry in the snowfall contest.tron777 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 29, 2021 3:05 pmGlad to see you posting again! Re: Rocktober 2021 Weather Discussion
Steady rain continues... I think my inch call for rainfall is looking solid for this event. Might be a bit more even as we've seen in a few areas already. 0.71" now at CVG as of 6pm and pretty much like what Mike reported imby around 8 tenths.

Re: Rocktober 2021 Weather Discussion
Rocktober 2021 looks to go down as the 2nd warmest on record at CVG and the 8th wettest (potentially 7th once we're done tallying up this current system).
