Thanks to Aaron for finding this website for us...
1) Go to https://www.theweather.com/widget/
2) Fill out the form and create it the way you want it. They don't have all of the little towns listed. Like for me, Burlington, KY isn't listed but Florence is, so I went with that. Check the appreciate styles / colors and options that you want on your widget.
3) Once you get to step #6, I selected Image and then clicked on generate code. What you'll need to do though is modify the code. My code was generated like this:
<img src="https://www.theweather.com/wimages/foto ... b47af0.png">
You will need to replace the < symbol with the [ symbol at the beginning. Replace the > symbol with ] at the end. Then type in this at the very end with no spaces: [/img]
4) Copy and paste your code into your Signature under your forum profile. Click the Preview button to see what it looks like before you actually Submit it.

you can also remove everything up to the "" and do the image tags around just the link, and it will work that way as well.
