Christian Broadcasting Network founder and evangelist Pat Robertson has passed away at 93.

My folks and I have watched his show "The 700 Club" for years and have toured his studio, seen a show of his in the audience, and have toured his ministry headquarters. Also have stayed at his Founders Inn and had a meal at the Founders Inn restaurant.

One of his sons, Gordon Robertson, is now the head of 700 Club Ministry.

I watched Pee-Wee's Playhouse as a kid. Loved his first movie "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure". The second one, "Big Top Pee-Wee" wasn't as good. He was also in the Johnny Deep movie "Blow". He was a good actor in that movie I thought.

Former host of "Truth or Consequences" and "The Price is Right" Bob Barker passed away at 99 today (Sat).

I'll always love that cameo appearance of him in that Adam Sandler movie "Happy Gilmore" where he and Happy get into a tussle on a golf course! "The Price is Wrong, Bobby!"

Loved Bob on the Price is Right too for all those years. Drew Carrey cannot even come close to holding a candle to Barker. Don't forget he used to host the Miss USA pageants too when I was a kid growing up.

I always enjoyed watching those pageants with my folks too. I also remember Miss America ones that were hosted by Bert Parks.

Nowadays I could care less about those pageants due to the WOKE trans insanity which have destroyed the 'sacred' institution of those pageants.

Also Bob was part Sioux Indian and during his childhood he grew up on a Sioux reservation.

I loved all 4 bailiffs, Bull Shannon, Selma Diamond (Selma Hacker), Florence "Flo" Kleiner (Florence Halop), and Rosalind "Roz" Russell (Marsha Warfield) but my top favorite of course out of those 4 will always be Bull!

Loved that sitcom series in general! Harry Anderson, John Larroquette, Markie Post e.g. etc.!

One scene I remember was where Bull was standing in front of a couple of courtroom round globe lights and it looked like they had sprouted out of his head.

D'oh! Yep. I forgot about him. I did try watching the Night Court reboot which he is in, but I just didn't care for it. His part is totally different now from what it was on the original series. He's a defense attorney now in the reboot versus a prosecutor on the original series which I just don't care for.

Another shocking death to report. Matthew Perry has died at the age of 54 of an apparent drowning in his jacuzzi. Paramedics received a call for a possible cardiac arrest. He may have potentially had a heart attack. Not sure but that is the current speculation.

Former First Lady Rosalynn Carter passed away at 96 this afternoon while in hospice care at her home in Plains, GA of dementia. Her husband former President Jimmy Carter, 99, also is in hospice care at their home.

They were married 77 years. Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, Chip, Jeff, and Jack and a daughter, Amy. Also numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
