Here's the link folks for NWS ILN's virtual spotter training classes this spring.

These are FREE to the public, just need an internet connection.

Just a reminder no in-person classes this year. All will be done online. It is unlikely that there will be an advanced course this year. 2-3 classes per month. Each class has limited space, like around 500, so make sure you sign up early and please only take 1 course. They are all the same and will have the same information.

ILN also has COCORAHS Training to report precip and take temp observations if you want to become a weather observer.

update to my last post: ILN confirms that each class is maxed at 1000. They are seeing about 66-80% attendance at these classes.

Last class was on the 27th of March so will go ahead and unpin this now.
