Hello old friend! Nice to have you back! Welcome back to AV! We had to re-create the forum from scratch so we'll be adding of course to the forum structure as time goes on. Please bare with us! In the meantime talk weather as usual and enjoy the new forum! If you have questions, we'll try and answer as best we can, but this is all new to us too!

Unfortunately, when phpBB moved on from the modification system to plugins, that sealed the fate of the old board. It was a matter of when, not if. It was so heavily modified, there was really no path forward, which is why it was stuck so far back in time. On the upside, the forum version just went from about 7 years out of date to current :D It was already a major version behind when I "retired" as an admin and all things tech due to my actual job.

Okay folks... We've got a good slug of rain coming in for Sat night and Sun especially. An inch plus is possible at CVG so we'll see what happens there. Less as you go north more as you go south. Mild too this weekend.. 50s / L60s possible. Then, we'll see what happens next week as we try and get one last cool shot of air towards the end of next week / next weekend. Then probably on to spring.

We do not have that working yet but we will be getting that up and running again soon! We'll post forum announcements as updates are made. We'll be working on this for days / weeks but we''ll make it work! :D

It might be a better idea to find a responsive theme. That way you don't have to rely on Tapatalk. A responsive theme would adjust the forum setup for mobile browsers, and then you don't need a separate app. Just an idea.

I rarely post but visit this forum often and appreciate everyone's knowledge and love of weather. I'm so glad that this forum exists, so a big thank you to those that take the time and effort to make this happen!

Aaron... thanks for the suggestion. We'll all need to get together and talk about it to see what we can do. I know a lot of people like to use their phones, me too when I'm on vacation so I can post easier lol We'll make something happen. It's on the TO DO list.
