Was on the roof at work this morning and got a good pic of Kings Island across the way.

Just got in from shoveling on my lunch break. Still continuous light snow here and 31 degrees. Dew of 26. As Leslie alluded too...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two
inches, with locally higher amounts.

* WHERE...Portions of East Central and Southeast Indiana and
Northern Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening.

We are watching that Indiana action closely. 1-2" is doable this afternoon and evening should that batch track correctly into our Western counties.

Indy snow band working SE nicely getting into our NW counties at this time. If the trends continue, PM rush is gonna be tough.

Seems to me Hamilton, Kenton, and Campbell counties may need to be added to the Winter Weather Advisory. There has been a constant area of lift over that area all morning. As this stronger wave moves in I'm guessing these counties will cash in also. We'll see.

I agree... this energy has a kick to it that's really going to blow up that East Coast Low tonight and esp tomorrow. We're getting the upper level energy here which is overachieving.

Light snow beginning to slowly increase as the Indy batch continues to work its way into the region.

A steady light snow now... picking up in intensity.

It really picked up in a hurry... seeing those nice sized flakes again that we had this morning.

Starting to see it sticking to untreated surfaces again

Snow has picked up and visibility has gone down here in Milford.

Temp down to 23 here and snowing.

Almost a moderate snow again here!

Moderate snow for sure now as vis continues to drop. Looks to be some wind now too with the band of snow where it was calm with this morning's activity.

Had some bigger flakes mixing in earlier but now it's a fine snow that is slowly increasing an intensity and starting to cover my car again as the intensity increase is out weighing the effects from the daylight.
