My gauge only picked up .20" which of course is better than nothing. :) I have a feeling the wind blew a lot of the rain sideways. ;)

...LIGHT SNOW THIS MORNING...

Snow showers will quickly move across the region during the
morning. Snow will not fall for long in any one location, maybe a
couple of hours, but in that time it may produce up to one half
inch of accumulation. This will lead to untreated roadways
becoming slick. In addition, visibilities will be reduced,
especially since the snow will be blown by gusty winds. Motorists
should be prepared for hazardous driving conditions.

Yeah... waiting on that to get here, still to my NW. We should see an enhanced band right ahead of the cold front for a quick 1/2" in some spots.

Hard freeze possible tonight if winds relax and clouds depart. Teens likely. If clouds or wind stay up then 20 or above.

Looks like CVG hit 17 . Nearly our coldest temp of 2023 , Feb had a couple of 16s for lows, and handily beating any January lows.

Good Morning and a nice chilly mid-January day in store. My bad its mid-March. Going to be a nice warm up mid-late week but this should include a decent shot of rain. The warmth will be short-lived this time around and another shot of colder air next weekend and early the following week. Don't believe it will be this cold but I can see more chances of frost.

For the year temp wise we are just under 6 degrees above normal so we are knocking down the extremely above normal temps we had in January and February. Precip wise we are 5 p/ c above normal but that should increase later this week. Mother Nature is working her normal magic.

Saw some story where they made up this wild ideal that climate chance is increasing allergies and of course that story is a joke and just because we had a mild February some spring time allergies came out early. The story does not even make sense with other stories they throw out as we are killing all the trees and plants so there should be less allergies. Reminds me of the peanut allergies and yes some folks have this and its nothing to mess with but once this became a story it seems half the folks in the world had this allergy.

Good morning all! Quiet weather until mid to late next week. Several rain chances to deal with as well as mild temps. Not sure on severe wx at this point but once those 70s get in here for Thurs, the threat could be on the table if we haver good timing and some heating.

18 this morning for my low. Cold but we will warm up quickly today. Then a few showers tomorrow night into Wed. Thurs, Fri, ending early Sat also for rainfall. So wet and mild are the keys to the upcoming forecast.

We’ve had two days in march that averaged 27 degrees or colder. We only had 3 in February and one in January

And we still only got a Trace of snow on Saturday. Dang it! Maybe one last Hail Mary towards the end of the month and that's probably it for the season if it isn't done already. Looks pretty active this week and next for rainy systems.

Good Morning Les and no doubt a nice warming trend this week. My first thought was next weekend we would cool down but it looks like another cold front will need to get in here late next weekend or early the following week for another below normal set up. How much rain is interesting and somebody in the Ohio Valley will get hit rather hard with some heavy rain. Still early in the process but most folks should get at least 1 inch of rainfall but depending on how everything sets up chances for somebody to get over 3 inches is possible. Spring and we have these kind of systems so nothing unusual in that sense. Flooding and again with no snow melt involved we get the normal kind of flooding you expect with these systems early in the spring and folks who live near a river or stream no this is part of living close to a body of water.

Making a quick trip to SC leaving Wednesday morning and getting home late Friday.
