Quite the arsenal Les, love how it takes up the whole cul-de-sac, long live the 4th, happy 4th everyone.

Was lazy this morning and didn't look at models overnight, instead read ILNs FA and wow, nice detailed write up , very impressive , wont see any better, so I would check it out at some point this morning.

Happy Fourth of July everyone. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Heading south again today to spend the day with family.

Les, looks like you might need a license for next years event if you get any bigger. Just kidding. Looks like it was great show to be seen.

85 CVG, 86 here so we might avoid a contest day. Looking like 3 90 degree days are coming up with small rain chances. Front on Thurs so likely chances then we ramp back up again next weekend with another front.

Glad to be back home and even down in SC it was nice Friday and Saturday and getting dew points in the 50's is rare during the summer down there. How many 90 degree days are in store, 2 maybe 3 possible. Not quite the amount of moisture in the air this week like we had last week which was off the charts but again enough where we could get another inch at the end of the week and of course anyone under a heavier thundershower can get a quick 1/2 inch with no problem. Not seeing any concerns for flooding and yes some places had quite a bit of rain over the past few weeks but getting some dry days and temps heading near 90 should help dry things up somewhat.

We should be able to top 90 now the next 2 or 3 days. Storm chances become to go from about 10-20% today to 50% by Wed to likely Thurs and the upcoming weekend. So we'll see how things go there. Elsa should remain well to our SE to no direct impacts from her expected.

Most of the River counties look good but I-70 on north could use a little help for sure.

I think the longer term pattern features the usual lazy, hazy days of summer with isolated to scattered storms possible each afternoon and evening so it'll be fun to track who gets hit by those and whose Domes can hold. A boundary seems to hang up over the area giving everyone a chance. No big heat to speak of. Upper 80s to lower 90s, the usual for most summers around here. Lows in the upper 60s to lower 70s. At times, isolated severe is possible but currently, I still see the better severe chances to our West. We get the weakening leftovers or ones that just pop right up on top of you.

Good Afternoon and a normal warm and muggy day with temps in the 88-92 range. Should be the same over the next few days before a better shot of rainfall but nothing like last week. Looks like a normal pattern until mid-month then do we finally get the shot of heat.

Redlegs at Royals looks like low 90s today / Tues and upper 80s Wed for that series. Currently a 40% chance of showers / t-storms Wed afternoon for their Business Day Special matinee.

Currently 88 here in G'ville and 90 at KDAY. :sunny:

Update: KDAY topped out at 90.

Good morning all! Looks like another 90 degree day is in the works with only a slim chance of pop up storms. Better chances come Wed and Thurs with a cold front. A break Friday with more decent chances coming this weekend. Those chances look to carry us into next week also. We could use some rain for the lawns and gardens after our lovely weather from this past Booms Day Weekend. :)

Good Morning Les and no doubt its muggy this morning. Your forecast looks great and would be nice to have some rainfall and for me 1/2 - 1inch would be fine as the lawn is lush for early July.

Sounds like a plan to me! A half inch of rain over the Wed / Thurs time frame would be perfect. Then get another 1/2" this weekend. That would be perfect if it did work out that way.

Already 83 at 10am so its another typical early July day with once again temps in the 88-92 range. Always a chance for an isolated storm in the summer unless you have a nice cool front that has dropped in and lowered dews. Very isolated but should see some cloud build up later today but by evening should mostly go away. Not sure how much rain we get between today and say Sunday but hopefully most folks get 1/2-1 inch and yes I know some folks are further behind in the rain department but rain totals always vary.
