One just issued north of Indy.

Edit: nvm that’s a special weather statement.
Looking at radar we might see some soon.

Nice and sunny once again but that will change shortly. Once we get past 3pm or so then I will watch for pavement temps to get cooler and a 10-15 minute snow shower can cause some problems. Not going to shut down streets or anything like that but the chances of some snow staying on the pavement goes up after this time and even more so after dark but then the heavier snow showers should start to wind down as well.

Best burst of the day, maybe a half inch , that’s impressive with those warm ground temps

Here comes the next round. Trev you followed the Canadian model and no doubt has handled the snow showers well. Great call on your part and if you followed the gfs barely any snow showers were showing up.

I’ve been mentioning snow showers and squalls with possible whiteout conditions since Friday. Definitely a forecast win! Thanks Tim.

Nice coating on the grassy surfaces in Oxtown. Nice to stop back in to the forum, it's been a while.

About an inch on the grass , pavement fine . Taking into account the melting of the snow that fell throughout the day , it’s quite possible it’s my biggest snowfall of 2023 given the dud months of Jan/feb/march

Nice coating here especially in the shaded areas (grass). If we have clearing skies towards morning, we may see a lot of teens in the area with some of the snow cover!

Light snow here at home in Burlington as of 5pm with a temp of 30 degrees. A nice wintry day for the region! It is going to be short lived, but we will take what we can get. The wind has been extremely impressive though. 40-50 mph gusts in Mason earlier when we had that massive squall move thru around 1:30pm.

CVG is on the board for the season with 0.8" as of the 5pm climate report. Congrats to you Bgoney as you were the closest poster for first measurable! I will update our contest thread in a moment with this information. :)
