CVG's reading at 12am was 50 degrees so if we stay below 54 today then we've got a new record cold high. We shall see!

Still 50 at 1pm reading. It feels cold with the wind and a jacket is needed. Most folks got between .5-1 inch over the past few days so about what was expected but with the cool and cloudy conditions all the rain soaked in which is great news plus later next week looks very active.

Wow, 41 degrees with clear skies

56 yesterday so no record at CVG but still the coldest May day since 1984! :O Low this morning was 43 at CVG. Pretty chilly for late May.

Of course the clouds have rolled in with a north breeze and a balmy 53 currently

I hit 60 around 10:30 this morning when the sun was out. Have since cooled to 58. Welcome to summer!

It was fantastic weather for the Indianapolis 500 today!

Last night in the 40s tonight then we can resume the A/C once again as the 70s rule the weather for the next week. Mid 80s are beginning to return again too by the time we get towards next weekend. Dry conditions will prevail until Wed when POPS are needed on a daily basis for several days.

43 here. Most likely a top 5 coldest 3 day memorial day weekend. Of course not just here anywhere east of the rockies had recorded lows and record cold highs this weekend . Most of the big cities along the east coast tied or smashed record cold high temps. Snow in the men's of the NE to boot

We warm up gradually as Les mentioned and especially by next weekend. Looks like yet another cool period after that sometime during the second week of June. Burr!!

Good morning all! Last day of May and Happy Memorial Day to you all! Highs in the mid 70s looks good for today. I'll get the June thread started to talk about our 1st month of Met summer.
