Pretty amazing!! Leaving the dome shortly to help my Brother work on his deck and so far, the rain has stayed S of Milford which is good.

Just got back from Kroger's in Erlanger. Raining cats and dogs there but got back home and added a whopping 0.02 so up to 0.57 since Thursday.

Fun to watch the radar and raining very hard along 275 in Northern Ky and I live just a couple miles south. You can see a mini dry slot right up into my area of Edgewood. Even dry slots in the summer are killing me. Plenty of thunder and lightning but very little rain though you would expect me to get hit with this round.

Had .25 from this morning.
Now Heavy to moderate rain. Sounds like our “Father “ is practicing bowling over head.
A lot of strikes!

I know things almost always balance out and during the past few years I have been on the heavier side of rain totals for many events so I was due to get the short end of the stick sooner or later.

The isolated skinny corridors of heavy rain are amazing to watch on radar. If your not in that path you get little or nothing . I thought I was going to get by-passed again but the line built a bit further north as it moved east and I got clipped

I agree Bgoney, looking at the radar this morning and I thought an inch of rain was very likely. Then a small area of drier air moved into my neighborhood even though I could hear the thunder the rain was light at best.

Pete we probably live 10-12 miles away from each other and you have received about 6 to 7 times the amount of rain that I have received since Thursday.

Rain and thunder this time. Almost a moderate rainfall at the moment. Very gloomy and it looks like November but feels like the middle of summer.

Still a fair amount of the real-estate that got skipped with appreciable rains. Towards the Wilmington area the past 3 days has received a total near a quarter inch, likewise at Lunken Airport.

While just about four miles west of Lunken, I got another half inch today for a total of 2.6 inches in the past two days.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Went to the state fair with the grandkids. The ODNR section is great! They loved the butter sculptors and seeing all the animals.

Some nice man let them help give a cow a bath. Very popular with the 3 year old!
