You called it perfectly yesterday! Not good since we're heading into the driest time of the year, climatologically speaking.

A band of showers / t-storms in ILL now moving into IN are in a weakening phase. We'll see how much of it holds together for us later this afternoon.

Nope and so far, the hyperactive tropical forecast is failing (outside of Beryl). Hopefully we can see a ramp up later in Aug and in Sept. For the next couple of months, that's usually all we get for precip help.

Going to grill some mushrooms, onions and garlic for dinner and will use that to top grilled cheese burgers! I can definitely feel the increase in humidity that is for sure. Hope it leads to something by tomorrow morning. Good luck to all! My high today was 88 which is my current temp. 87 so far at CVG per the 4pm reading.

Good morning all! A batch of much needed rain / t-storms is moving into the region this morning. We'll have to wait and see how this / clouds impacts CAPE for the afternoon and evening development. SPC has us in a marginal risk for later on today. We will see scattered development tomorrow and we now have a shot on Sunday too, whereas before I thought it would be completely dry. Fingers crossed that everyone can get wet over the next few days.
Then, another blast of September Air moves into the region for next week. Highs in the 70s, lows in the 50s along with dry weather can be expected. The Low 80s return by Thursday.

This mornings warm front has been forecast to be our best shot at widespread rains for a while. We need to squeeze out as much as possible.

40” in Indian hill. I’ll take every bit of these garden variety showers, with a few rumbles of thunder thrown in and light rain continuing . Just hope its reaching home base
