Just looked at mesopage and it's a shame to see this energy go to waste. Almost at 4000 J/kg at CVG at 10am and nothing for any lifts or triggers.
Maybe just maybe if I go outside around 3pm and sneeze that will do the trick.

85 / 74 as of 12pm. It's a slow climb due to some moisture laden skies and a little cloudiness to boot., But yeah, it still should occur regardless. Same with tomorrow IMO.

GFS is faster with the front today along with poor timing so not ideal for t-storms. The high is stronger too. Storms get pushed down into TN this weekend. So Fred would likely be a swing and a miss to the east as an end result for next week. Need the front slower and to stall closer to us for Fred impacts.

Agreed... everything is north as Mike said closer to the front or south with storms popping along our boundary from yesterday, over Central KY. I would say the same thing for tomorrow then better chances late Fri / Fri night with the front, if the timing is correct of course.

Fred's probably a swing and a miss for us at this point, but I like the 12z Euro's slower frontal passage. Gives us a better shot for some much needed rainfall.

Those storms will be outrunning the better shear by a good margin by the time they get to Cbus, but hopefully they can hold on to some heavy rains

92/77 in my hood currently - absolutely oppressive! I bet those storms to my north have a ton of lightning with all this energy. Eric looks to be in line to get a nice gully washer.

NOT a drop here in my neighborhood area from that "close but no cigar" SVR cell that was in Darke Co.

Nice outflow boundary from the storms made it through DAY - down to 86 there with a north wind. Doesn't look like it rained there....I think Troy was as far south as it made it.

Yea, I was hoping you were on the Northside of Greenville. That tail petered out when it hit the AV force field

Now down to 81 at DAY - not sure the outflow makes it down to my hood.
