I haven’t said thank you to this group recently! So thank you!
I fell and fractured my shoulder in two places. No surgery just 6-8 week recovery. You guys are helping me schedule people to mow my grass! Today is the day.
If you’re the praying type I could use a few. This is not an easy injury to manage.
OMG Lisa! So sorry to hear this. Def will be praying for you.
Already up to 45 at CVG, 47 here. Gonna give it a few more hours to warm up and let the yard dry up as much as it can before dusting the mowers off. If you don't mow today, Friday is the next 100% dry day at this time.

I saw some snow earlier this morning. Anyone else?
So yesterday was quite awesome in my hood - had heavy graupel and a period of moderate snow!
I went to Jungle Jim's in Eastgate and it was coming down good there too. Then went out to my Brother's for a few hours in Milford, and it also came down moderately at times. Graupel and snow.

Prayers and thoughts sent your way, Lisa, for a speedy recovery, Wxbuddy.
I ended up topping out at 62 today and it was a gorgeous afternoon to mow. 57 now. The lawn looks good all trimmed up nice and even and we're ready to receive the next round of rain. The next system is taking shape with rain over E TX and SW AR with another batch of rain across the Dakotas and MN. Rain will fill in between both areas and impact us by sunrise tomorrow. A wet day ahead. A light to at times moderate rain expected nothing huge. Front passes thru after midnight with a drier and cooler Tues. Wed into Thurs is the cold front passage with another round of rain and t-storms. Severe TBD on frontal boundary timing, Cooler and dry Friday, Sometime maybe around Easter Sunday another storm organizes for rain South snow North towards the Great Lakes. Then the weak after Easter.... cold and and more mixed rain and snow is still showing up even in late April.

It blows the mind this year how Ma Nature is hanging on winter-like at times like a Linus security blanket.
Showers moving in from the south now as light rain just started up here. The convection is elevated overtop of the incoming warm front. We should be void of severe wx today.
12Z Euro is still hell bent on bringing in the next system after Easter and turning it into a cut off low that lingers over the Lakes and OV thru mid week providing cold weather and periods of rain and snow depending on location. Lovely... Hope the more progressive GFS is right.
Good Morning and finally made it home after several weeks away. Ready to get back in action after almost a month off. Hope everyone is doing well these days.
