I think they'll keep doing what there doing only ramp it up as time goes on, and that is farming out these hackers to create chaos on businesses and infrastructure, Internet, power grids, etc, just being a good Ole pain the ass, and then let nature take its course with lawlessness and infighting as we have shown as a nation . I think they could be content with that a few more years as that weakens us gradually but surely and they can sit back and watch like a big soap opera. I feel sorry for Taiwan and then some of those smaller countries next to russia

Gov Whitless in Michigan already was doing that during the lock downs in 2020. Even on private lakes you weren't allowed to launch your boat. It was ridiculous!
