CVG got to 11, DAY 9 and CMH 13 today.
Its at -6 here in G'ville and -2 in DAY. ILN has my area as low as -7 for Wed morning and then the high topping out at around 18.
Tomorrow morning is our Brethren Ret Com first scheduled monthly meeting of the new year at 9 o'clock for residents but I predict a low to almost nothing 'turnout' due to the extreme cold. Wouldn't be surprised if an "all call" notice is sent out at around 8 o'clock with ppd until next week. This kind of extreme cold is dangerous as we all know, for anyone, but even more so for seniors e.g.

Good morning all! How low will we go? -2 CVG, -3 here. Please post your temps this morning if you have a home weather station. I'll be at work so I can't unfortunately LOL Wondering if someone can hit -5 or lower?
Otherwise... the ongoing forecast is the same. We slowly warm up. A few flakes on Thurs are possible then do we see anything Sun / Mon of next week or is it seasonal and dry? We shall see! 0Z GFS gives KY some snow where the CMC and Euro keep any Gulf moisture suppressed well to the south. This has been the modeling over the last few days with nothing really changing much on the guidance.
