Tim... where we are, we have been getting hit repeatedly by those smaller meso scale banding features. Very heavy returns coming in for us right now!!
Les the next 3-4 hours look wonderful and I could see 3-5 inches just in that time period

I had 2.5 on the first round. Seems like a dentrite storm right now. Little disappointed with the production haha.

Strongly agree. Can we make it into the 8-10" range tonight then deform snow tomorrow? Wow... it is certainly possible Tim!

Bgoney and I agree the I-70 has been the hardest part of the forecast and Columbus I sort of had that feeling but expected to Dayton to be hit a little harder. We still have time and so expecting accumulation up there. The storm has just been further south and colder and again we are going to miss certain areas with a big storm. Never expected the heavy snow in Louisville this morning and that is a miss.

I feel the same way over here near Morrow. No real heavy bands. Just seems like everything looses intensity as it moves over Warren County.

It's been a tough go for sure but we kind of knew the Cincy posters were in the sweet spot. Maybe next time...

hard to tell here is it snowing or is the wind just blowing around what is already there? But whatever it is, it's pretty to see.

Edit- just measured, another inch, so 4" so far as of 7:38pm

Nothing in Central CMH and nearby. The group of snowplowers on FB are basically reporting the same. Maybe half an inch here or there. One did post he had 3 inches over s/w of Dayton. It is what it is. maybe I should not of loaded up with bulk salt an hour ago. :) :)

Enjoy down there. Maybe a road trip tomorrow if nothing happens up here.

I think from north to south across Montgomery county is prob like night and day. Decent snow down this way since this afternoon. Have friends in Huber heights that have barely had any snow and they are like 25 minutes away!

Les, what direction is that band moving? Any hope for us getting some of it here in Southern Warren county?

4,5” in Delhi. I am working a Power shift on a 4th crew. We are starting to get a bit of sleet mixing into the heavier returns.

About an inch and a half now. Really starting to come down now. This will be the I-70's time to get accumulations. I think 6 inches is doable in spots around I-70 going by radar. We won't have the 8-12 you guys are getting, but I'm liking what I'm seeing on the short range models and radar for right along I-70.

I agree Doug and the bonus is, if CVG beats us in this snowfall, we get an advantage in the snowfall contest!
