My Tigers are on a roll winning again 3-2. We have a chance to sweep the Angels this afternoon at 1:10pm with Keider Montero.

We are now 2 games above 500. That was the 6th win in a row for the Tigers. 13 out of their last 16 games have been winners. We are only 4 1/2 GB of a wildcard spot.

Tigers win 2-1 behind a wonderful performance by Tarik Skubal. 8K's last night in 8 innings of work He notched his 16th win of the season and a season total 200 strike outs! He is the first pitcher in all of MLB to record 200 K's so far this season. His ERA is 2.51. This guy is in the AL Cy Young Award conversation for sure. Rubber match with the Red Sox is today at 1:40pm. Tiger pitcher TBD. Tigers are currently 5 games back to secure an AL Wildcard spot in the post season. September baseball is actually meaningful this year! Go Tigers!!!

We are OFF on Monday and then Tues night at 6:40pm the CO Rockies come to Motown as the Tigers try and make a push to get a WC spot in the AL Play offs. Go get 'em Tigers! ®
