Radar looking very active across MO and ILL and that should track towards IND and Dayton areas. It'll be close for the River but most of it should stay north of us. We'll see though, you never know. ;)

Hey JP, I'm kind of hoping it does. Coming over to camp at Alum Creek this weekend. Maybe I can bring my dome and cover the campground.

Update from the boys...

Flash flood watch extension...
Given current radar trends and the threat for additional
thunderstorms this afternoon and evening, have expanded the
flash flood watch south to include the tri-state/cincy and
surrounding areas along I-71. While it is July, this region has
picked up above normal rainfall over the last week with
additional rain occurring this over the last couple of hours.
Rain will continue into the overnight hours with the flash
flood threat continuing into the day on Saturday.

I agree Mike... I'm actually expecting my dome to burst in the next 30-45 mins. This could get interesting from a heavy rain perspective. Lot of those cells might be trying to converge on the Metro. Glad to see the boys reacting in a timely manner.
