Light snow continues across the tri-state, with plenty many more hours of snow to come.

I am watching that area of moderate to heavy snow over Illinois as it will be tracking in our direction in a few hours time.

Road conditions will continue to go downhill tonight especially when under heavier bursts of snow.

So far this heavier snows have stayed south. Going to be a lot of busted forecasts especially north of I-70.

Good morning all! Light snow falling here and 25 degrees. Dew of 21. ILN is now calling for 2-4" IMBY. Got an inch to inch and a half on the ground here. Everything is covered including the driveway, cars, street, etc. I checked the traffic cams and even the interstates look snow covered. Some nice returns on radar too NW of the area that will pivot thru on the backside.

I can safely call this a bust for the immediate I-70 area. Little more than a covering so far. Looking at radar the best returns are going to probably pivot south of 70. The northern half of the Miami Valley was forecast to get 3-5 inches and that looks to be a pretty big bust. Cincinnati looks to be in good position to get the best snowfall as this energy moves in from the west.
