Looks like a tornado about 50 miles west of Louisville and heading straight east

Quite a nice soaking with this system and it hasn't all come at once either. Once we get some heat on the lawns next week, yards and leaf development on the trees will really take off!

Some areas in Louisville got hit pretty good with straight line wind damage

Currently 54 here in G'ville and progged for around 40 Thurs AM then topping at around 53 later.

The last few runs of the HRRR yesterday did an excellent job of showing that bow echo developing and moving right over Cincy/east side.

Looks like a ef1 tornado went through parts of the Louisville area yesterday. So far 1 death but quite a bit of damage.

Good morning! A gloomy day with temps in the 40s and 50s. Near 60 on Good Friday, 60+ Sat and glorious sunshine and 65 to 70 on Easter Sunday! 70s and even some lower 80s showing up by the end of next week. Next chance of rain isn't until Friday or sometime next weekend with the approach of our next slow moving front / cut off low.

Louisville got both straight line winds and tornado damage on Wednesday. Kept the rainfall totals down for them and we ended up with some of the heavier rains with this system

Les, you seem to have the bad luck with the weather when you go on these fishing trips. Lol

I'm hoping on a long break as I'm going to have to have a side of a roof replaced due to the wind damage from last Saturday. I had leak yesterday in the closet from that rain. Ugh! Just glad that we won't see anymore rain for at least a week!
