I think we are fair game for rain until the front passes tomorrow morning. The severe threat will wind down once the current line moves thru. There is more action back across MO and ILL and that is the actual cold front. We will get a lull I think but that stuff should return after midnight.

Severe threat is ending now minus the SE. That will end in the next hour or two. Any remaining rain and thunder ahead of the front later on tonight into tomorrow morning will be non severe. Once the front passes, W winds, becoming N, cloudy skies and 60s for tomorrow will be the rule.

Question trying to figure out for Knoxville TN area for this afternoon. I checked the HRRR map and went out to 8 hr it doesn’t show anything going on storm and rain wise. Just wanted someone with better skills opinion before driving down and this thing getting weather canceled. Time frame needed is 2-4 pm Thanks in advance

T-storms will be likely this afternoon down that way. Severe wx does not look to be a problem thankfully. The front is moving thru our area now so until it moves thru Knoxville, Eastern TN will be fair game for rainfall.

Next shot comes Tues night, Wed, Thurs, and potentially info Fri as well. At least we get a little break to rest up lol 60s today, 70ish tomorrow, near 80 Tues. 70s the rest of the week due to rain.

Good morning all! Gloomy and upper 60s today... some sunshine and U70s tomorrow. Then we deal with another marginal risk and warm front deal on Wed. The cold front comes for Thurs. Fri may not be dry and nice in the 70s. The Holiday Weekend currently looks dry and hot. L80s Sat, U80s Sun and near 90 on Memorial Day itself. We shall see if that holds.

53 for a low this morning at CVG... still the current temp. I had 52. I imagine folks to the north and esp folks outside of the Metro dropped into the U40s. We will probably see a repeat of that tonight. Clouds are going to make temps be a struggle into the 60s today and that is going to be a wrap.

Please correct me if i'm wrong, but according to the 12z nam it looks like the warm front slowed somewhat. Maybe more impactful on Thurs. early morning? That's a pretty big diff. from yesterday's 12z run.

It looks to have slowed on Wed morning by a few hours. It's worth watching to see if we get any other model support.
