Ex anchor of CNN, Cuomo , came out with a lawsuit against his former employer. The gist of the allegations should be no surprise to anyone with a brain, " a Politician and the MSM working together in tandem to spread fake news", and or "you scratch my back, I'll lie about yours",
who'd have thunk it?. I've always said liberals will eventually cannibalize each other, but unfortunately its coming at to slow a rate.

During the time when Gov. Cuomo’s appearances on Cuomo’s program were creating significant value for the network, CNN, through executives Zucker and Zucker’s second-in-command, Allison Gollust (“Gollust”), made a concerted effort to cement and strengthen the network’s ties to Gov. Cuomo and his administration and control his media presence for CNN’s exclusive benefit. CNN pushed Gov. Cuomo not to appear on other networks, intimating that not honoring CNN’s request might threaten Cuomo’s professional standing with the network.

It gets better:

CNN, through Zucker and Gollust, also requested that Gov. Cuomo hold his daily COVID-19 press conference at a time that was most suitable for the network based on its program schedule and when its ratings were weakest.

Can you imagine the quid pro quo involved with a politician if you can get him to agree to hold his press conferences to boost your network’s ratings?

And here’s where Cuomo claims CNN, by way of Zucker and his sidepiece Gollust, colluded directly with Andrew Cuomo to score political points against then-President Trump:

Zucker and Gollust acted as advisors to Gov. Cuomo during this time by providing him with talking points and strategies for responding to statements made by then-President Donald Trump. There is no question that, given the ratings and value Gov. Cuomo was generating for CNN, protecting him and his reputation was in CNN’s best interests.

I wish a guy like Walter Cronkite were still around today. It is amazing how much the media has changed since then, and not for the good I might add. Everyone is in cahoots with each other and it keeps everyone protected until A - Something bad happens to one of them and the empire collapses or B - a whistleblower and C - Someone like Trump who worked hard to expose it and is still doing so. The Left is still trying to take him down fearing his return.

As I keep saying, I just hope we can make it till the Nov mid terms as a nation and society.

I had heard that when it aired last night live, The Academy censored Will Smith's "love tap" on Chris Rock. Plus a portion of Will's speech was censored out too. Anyone outside of the US, saw the unedited versions as they happened. Of course with social media, we can see it too. Duh, so why even censor it in the first place?

In hindsight, if anything, Smith should have just left it at a sit-down expletive word toward Rock and not have stormed the stage.

Academy review underway and I saw on a headlines scroll on the Newsmax channel where Smith may get stripped of his Oscar i.e. He may also not get invited to anymore Oscars presentations.
