I was hoping it would go south even more just to get everyone all in an uproar on social media. This will only feed the snow starved ILL and IN weenies. They deserve it just as much as we do. The ice... eekk.. it's a big concern for us.

The FRAM version posted above, is freezing rain accum. The actual amount that will accumulate versus the amount of QPF that falls as freezing rain which is the map you posted. FRAM map is going to be much more realistic for actual ice accumulations.

I know there are more model runs between now and the event, but I really hope it goes more south so we can get out of the ice zone, or at least not as much.
