Question for all the Snow plow folks on here- please help

Hi all, I am in a neighborhood located right near the intersections of Blue Rock Rd, I-275, and Ronald Reagan. Zip code 45251. Subdivision is called Blue Meadows. We have snow removal on the regular streets from Colerain Twp, but we have 6 Private Drives that we need to find a snow removal contractor for. Our current contractor has no-showed the last two storms and generally has been pretty spotty when they have showed. Any of you all have an interest in or know other contractors who would be interested in servicing these? My Property Management Firm has been trying to find someone but has had no luck. Not sure what is so hard about this one? Is it because plowing lots is preferable to street/driveways? Any insight into this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
