You may notice a new icon next to the forums. This is for feeds. Those of you that use RSS or ATOM feeds, can click this icon, and check updates from your favorite reader. I know that Firefox has this built in, and there are several 3rd party readers out there, the most common of which is:
http://www.rssreader.com/You should be able to use any RSS reader, but you will need to make sure that it supports ATOM feeds.
RSS and ATOM are protocols that enable you to check updates on multiple sites in one spot. Many news sites and blogs use them, and they increase your reading efficiency. Say instead of checking Local12, WLWT, and Absolute Vorticity separately, I can open the reader and see all new updates from all of the sites in one spot.
