The Admin staff asks you to heed the following:
1) Make sure you have good anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall software installed on your computer.
2) Make sure you update those scanners and run them at least once a week.

I have put a list of scanners and programs that work well together and are free. These are some of the best programs out there.
