man the weather this month has been crazy. 3 big rain storms and we are close to breaking the all time wettest December ever recorded. looks like things will change a bit as we get into next month. dryer with more shots of cooler or at least average temps.

another perfect late autumn day after a nice soaking overnight which is needed to get to our averages. the fall has been dry but seams we are staring to get more rains lately . looks cooler but dry for the next week anyways. will be a descent week to start decorating and stuff

yesterday was such a nice fall day to get stuff done outside. just a nice partly cloudy hoodie kind of day. its been my kind of fall. average to below avg temps and below avg precip. we have some ground to make up in the precip dept. my guess is late this month and Dec is when that happens.

we have had enough rain in the last month to last the rest of the summer. a heavy shower just went over about half hour ago. the mowing and trimming is twice a week just like the middle of spring. weeds are out of control also

we had some pretty serious flooding in my region early Sunday morning when 5-10" of rain fell. not in my hood but wasn't too far away. I would have never expected this summer to turn out the way it has after how cool and dry May and June were.
