I think the hi- res models from yesterday had it right so far. Spotty hit and miss light showers during the day with Very light amounts . Then overnight and into the morning , spotty isolated light to moderate showers possible. Overall a light event until we get into next week

The landscape plants are taking off , things are really lush. Lettuce has been awesome for 3 weeks now. Head lettuce ,carrots and cabbage look great. Azaleas have been beautiful

Planted everything last evening. Cucumbers, tomatoes , zucchini’s, peppers, some more peas and lettuce . Light rain overnight just about perfect for watering in. Never thought I’d be planting tomatoes and peppers in April but there’s a first time for everything

Like your amounts Tim for the majority of CVGland (.25-.50”) . I don’t see much thunder getting involved, so any higher amounts as you stated will be isolated. I see the front slowing down as indicative to it weakening and due to the ridging to the SE overpowering its advancement
