Our current MCV is definitely weakening and the backside rain has fallen apart significantly. I am even seeing a peak or two of sun here. IMO the air mass may have a good chance at recovering ahead of the low for tonight.

Ran is picking up in intensity but not much wind. I suppose the warning was issued due to the radar showing high winds but so far IMBY, they are not making it to the surface. EDIT: Blinding rainfall now, wow!

Rain just started up now. By the looks of the radar, everything should get a nice drink with this first round of action. Glad I held off on watering my plants.

My high so far was 79, now down to 77 as the line moves in. My Dew is at 70 so the rain should be fairly heavy in nature. Not much wind as of yet. Just noisy so far with the thunder.

Good morning all! SPC has expanded the enhanced risk area further to the NE covering more of AV Country. Damaging winds will be the greatest risk for us. Hail and tornadoes are still a threat but the greatest threat for those two will be to our south and SW. Radar has round 1 already moving into St....

I hit 81 today. We'll see what happens tomorrow. Get a good night's sleep tonight just in case.
